Your Role

As a Personal Care Worker at St Andrews in Australia, you'll:

  • Provide high-quality personal care and support to residents

  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team under RN supervision

  • Help maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment for residents, staff, and visitors

What We're Looking For

  • Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Aged Care) – essential

  • Previous experience in aged care – preferred

  • Genuine empathy and a commitment to resident dignity and wellbeing

  • Strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity

  • Ability to recognise and respond to changes in resident health

  • Current work rights in Australia
