Job Role:

We are seeking highly skilled risk assurance professionals with a strong background in financial markets and group finance. As part of our two lines of defense operational risk and compliance function, you will be responsible for delivering scheduled and ad-hoc assurance activities across the institution's finance and treasury control function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver independent reviews on the effectiveness of key business controls
  • Implement governance and risk policies, procedures, and programs
  • Document findings and deliver assurance opinions
  • Collaborate and challenge the business as necessary
  • Maintain a cohesive working relationship with key stakeholders

Skill Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in risk assurance in financial markets, banking, treasury, or finance. Additionally, they must have a sound knowledge of global markets and treasury control workflows. The ability to design and execute testing plans, review scopes, and reports is essential.

Adept in developing and implementing operational risk frameworks, the selected professional will also be a self-starter with strong initiative to deliver results.

Desirable Skills:

Regulatory reporting experience (MiFID, CFTC, GDR, EFS) and critical review skills are desirable but not mandatory.
