Financial Markets Assurance Specialist

Job Overview:
">- This is a challenging role that requires professionals with technical expertise in Financial Markets and Treasury functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver scheduled assurance activities for Finance & Treasury Control function, ensuring alignment with Group Risk strategy.
- Conduct reviews on the effectiveness of key business controls as part of the 2nd Line of Defense.
- Implement governance and risk policies, procedures, and programs.
- Document findings, provide assurance opinions, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve controls.
- Perform deep dives into Business, Project, Tender, and Investment risk profiles.
- Maintain strong relationships with Ops Risk, Compliance, and Group Audit stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of hands-on risk assurance experience in Financial Markets, Treasury, or Institutional Banking.
- Strong knowledge of Global Markets workflows.
- Experience in designing and executing testing plans, review scopes, and reports.
- Proven ability to develop operational risk frameworks for large organizations.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to deliver results.
- Regulatory reporting experience for MiFID, CFTC, GDR, EFSet, etc., highly desirable.
