Store Operations Coordinator

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Store Operations Coordinator. As a key member of our store operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: You will be responsible for managing all aspects of inventory control, including receiving and handling stock orders from our hub or warehouse and ensuring accuracy of products received.
  • Supporting Sales Team: You will provide timely support to our sales team by retrieving stock and ensuring that our customers receive excellent service.
  • Tidiness and Organization: You will maintain a clean and organized back-of-house area, adhering to retail standards.
  • Quality Control: You will conduct regular quality checks on all products and report any issues to the store lead.
  • Aftersales Process: You will support our aftersales process, including alterations, repairs, and personalization, to enhance the customer experience.
  • Equipment Maintenance: You will ensure that all stockroom equipment is working and operational, raising any concerns through our internal systems.
  • Adhoc Administration: You will perform adhoc administrative tasks, including answering telephone calls and responding to customer inquiries.
Requirements
  • Excellent Organizational Skills: You will have exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective Communication: You will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Intermediate Computer Skills: You will have intermediate computer skills in core Microsoft software.
  • SAP Experience: Previous experience with SAP is desirable.
  • Teamwork: You will be able to work effectively in a team environment.
