High-End Residential Design Consultant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled High-End Residential Design Consultant to join our boutique interior design practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the creative direction of residential projects from concept to completion.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain clear and accurate documentation sets, including drawings, specifications, and schedules
  • Source and specify high-end materials and products in alignment with client briefs and project requirements
  • Manage and coordinate samples, installations, and photo shoots
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Prepare polished presentation documents and track progress through established project management tools

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture or Interior Design
  • Minimum 4 years of post-graduate experience in high-end design, preferably residential
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, InDesign, SketchUp, Photoshop, Procreate, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills, with a clear and personable style
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as needed, with a willingness to follow and refine established creative direction

About the Role:

This is a three-day-per-week role, with the intention to move to full-time within a few months. The position is fully in-person, based in Sydney.
