Job Title: Front Office Supervisor
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team at Oaks Sydney Goldsbrough Suites. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer service professional to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our hotel.
About the Role:
- Lead and support the front office team in providing exceptional guest experiences
- Act as a role model, sharing expertise and inspiring the team to deliver outstanding service
- Ensure daily tasks are completed accurately and efficiently
- Conduct guest arrivals and departures, resolving any issues promptly
- Manage guest complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate front office operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and teamwork
- Monitor and maintain high standards of guest service, quality, and safety
- Contribute to the development and implementation of hotel policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in a hotel or resort environment, preferably in a supervisory role
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a focus on finding solutions that meet guest needs
- Availability to work weekends and flexible hours, as required
