About the Role

As a seasoned expert in customer service and leadership, you will be at the forefront of luxury hospitality, working alongside a dedicated team of professionals in our iconic and prestigious property, The Darling Hotel.

This role is pivotal in shaping the success of our hotel operations at The Star Sydney, where we strive to create fun in trusted destinations as Australia's premier entertainment hub.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead, motivate and engage our Front Office Agents to continuously deliver exceptional service.
  2. Ensure the professional and efficient operations of the Front Office team.
  3. Respond to guest feedback and implement changes to prevent reoccurrence.
  4. Encourage a positive working relationship between departments and team.

Requirements:

  • Previous duty manager/supervisory experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is advantageous.
  • Knowledge in Opera Property Management System (PMS) or similar.
  • Ability to work independently and take actions on guest requests appropriately.
  • Second language (e.g., Mandarin or Cantonese) is advantageous.
  • Flexible availability to work across a 7-day roster.
