Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Employment Tax team in the City of Moreton Bay. This role involves mentoring and guiding a team of employment tax consultants, advising top government and corporate companies on various employment taxes, and finding innovative solutions to disputes with tax authorities.

Responsibilities:
  • Direct and supervise a team of experienced employment tax consultants
  • Provide expert advice to major clients on employment tax matters including Fringe Benefit Tax (FBT), PAYG, Payroll Tax and Superannuation
  • Identify and implement effective solutions to tax-related issues
  • Foster strong relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the national advisory business to drive growth and success
Requirements:
  • Significant experience in employment tax compliance and advisory work preferably in Professional Services
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Proficiency in automation technology tools particularly Alteryx
  • Excellent data manipulation and Excel skills
  • Strong problem-solving and research capabilities
