
Exceptional Claims Management Professional

This role involves working as part of a team to provide exceptional customer service and claims management expertise. The successful candidate will have experience in motor claims in a call-centre based environment, as well as experience in claims management across various commercial motor product lines.
The ideal candidate will possess tertiary or industry-specific qualifications, be able to multi-task and navigate multiple systems, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. They will also be proficient in planning, prioritizing, organizing tasks, and managing resources effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow the claims management process and adhere to industry standards to minimize claim costs
- Manage expectations and relationships with stakeholders
- Build and maintain positive working relationships within the team and the broader organization
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and provide timely, effective responses to customer needs
Requirements:
- Experience in motor claims in a call-centre based environment
- Experience in claims management across various commercial motor product lines
