We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team, providing daily living assistance, supporting community-based recreational and social activities, and delivering care in accordance with individualised Care Plans.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene, help at meal times and general mobility
  • Providing care in accordance with each individualised Care Plan
  • Supporting with community-based recreational and social activities

You will be encouraged to grow, develop and feel empowered to make the everyday easier for the people we care about.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Certificate III Aged Care, Home and Community Care, Disability Support, or an equivalent qualification
  • Experience with technology, including smartphones, tablets and laptops
  • Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies
  • NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
