What We’re Looking For

We/'re seeking compassionate support workers who are experienced in providing person-centred care, especially for individuals with complex needs. You bring:

- Minimum 6 months experience in Disability or Aged Care
- Calm, empathetic approach and strong professional boundaries
- Flexibility to accept a variety of shifts, including short notice
- Certificate III or IV in Disability, Aged Care, or similar (highly regarded)

Where You’ll Work

We are actively filling shifts in:
Coolangatta, Currumbin, Elanora, Palm Beach, Tallebudgera, Tugun – and surrounding areas.

What You’ll Need

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Completion of NDIS ‘Quality, Safety and You’ module
- Open QLD Driver’s Licence
- Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Current First Aid & CPR certification
- Smartphone with data
- Police clearance to work with vulnerable people
