Corporate Lawyer Opportunity

We seek a highly skilled and motivated corporate lawyer to advise on government and commercial matters.

  • Play a critical role in advising on shareholders agreements and corporate structuring;
  • Lead sale and acquisition of business assets and shares;
  • Catalyze capital raising transactions, including private equity and venture capital;
  • Facilitate mid-market M&A transactions; and
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and governance.

Key Responsibilities

Advising on government and commercial matters requires a proactive and commercially-minded lawyer who can cut through complexity. You'll thrive in both autonomous and team-based settings and bring strong drafting and client-facing skills.

  • Manage end-to-end transactions with ease;
  • Apply your understanding of the Corporations Act and regulatory frameworks;
  • Develop and implement effective corporate structuring strategies;
  • Conduct due diligence and negotiate contracts;
  • Provide strategic advice to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • 2-5 years' experience in corporate/commercial law;
  • Some exposure to government advisory or in-house public sector roles (preferred but not essential);
  • A strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and laws;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
