Corporate Lawyer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Lawyer to join our team. As a Corporate Lawyer, you will be responsible for working on complex corporate matters, including corporate contracting, IP and data privacy, commercial litigation, funds, financial services, and mergers and acquisitions.
- Your key responsibilities will include working across multiple areas, engaging with high-profile clients, and participating in complex legal matters.
To succeed in this role, you will need a recent law degree or approximately 1 year of legal experience. You should have strong technical skills, a passion for delivering high-quality work to sophisticated clients, and commercially-minded with an understanding of client drivers and business environments.
