Corporate Lawyer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Lawyer to join our General Counsel's Office in Canberra.

This is a hybrid position based in Warrang – Sydney, offering a 12-month contractual role with flexible working arrangements.

  • Provide commercial contracting advice to support the business.
  • Work closely with professionals and teams to negotiate and manage high-value pursuits and agreements.
  • Deliver proactive, commercial legal advice to support the organization's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate and manage a wide variety of high-value pursuits and agreements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues locally and globally on complex global contracting initiatives and projects.
  • Deliver proactive, commercial legal advice to support the organization.
Requirements:
  • An unrestricted practicing certificate for an Australian jurisdiction.
  • At least 8 years' post-admission experience gained in a top or leading mid-tier firm and/or reputable in-house experience.
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
