About the Role

Cuscal Limited is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Content Strategist to join our Internal Communications team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and innovative individual to develop and execute engaging content that effectively communicates our company's goals, values, and initiatives to our internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: Assist in producing high-quality content such as articles, newsletters, presentations, videos, and infographics that align with our brand identity.
  • Campaign Support: Support the planning and execution of communication campaigns to promote company initiatives, events, and achievements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with teams across HR, Marketing, and other departments to ensure messaging consistency and effective communication.
  • Content Management: Help manage the content production process, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
  • Creative Input: Provide creative input and assist in developing visual and written content that reflects our brand identity.
  • Analytics: Assist in monitoring and analyzing content performance metrics to optimize future strategies and improve engagement.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the internal communications team as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in communications, content creation, marketing, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with Creative Content Creation Tools: Familiarity with creative content creation tools and software, including Adobe Suite or Canva.
  • Video Editing Software Experience: Experience with video editing software.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity, creativity, and storytelling.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
