**Job Title:** EUC Support Specialist

**About the Role:**

We are seeking an experienced professional to ensure smooth operation and efficient functioning of end-user computing (EUC) environments. Key responsibilities include providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues related to Windows and Mac devices, managing user accounts, permissions, and group policies in Active Directory, deploying desktops, laptops, and mobile devices using Intune and SCCM, and ensuring compliance with IT security policies and procedures.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in EUC support

- Proficiency in supporting Windows and Mac devices

- Solid understanding of Active Directory, user account management, and group policies

- Experience deploying and managing desktops, laptops, and mobile devices using Intune and SCCM

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
