We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Specialist to coordinate activities and provide onsite/on-call assistance to end-users within our organisation's desktop computing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and accurate assistance to end-users in a fast-paced environment.
  • Troubleshoot computer OS/peripherals issues, including Windows 7/8 and 10, and hardware/software installation.
  • Support printer installations and troubleshoot MS Office tool issues.
  • Exhibit excellent customer service and people skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in oral and written form.

Other Information

  • At least one of the following: PC/Laptop OEM Maintenance Certification, CompTIA A+ Certification, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) certification in the desktop area, or Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Certification.

Experience

  • 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 20 miles as required.
