As a dedicated customer advocate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional support to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive pre-sales and post-sales assistance for our livestock handling solutions.

This dynamic role offers a unique blend of sales and customer service experience. You will engage with customers in our retail space, assisting them as they explore our product displays, collaborate with our manufacturing team, manage quotes and orders, and conduct on-site measures for custom products.

Your key objectives will include providing accurate information about our product ranges, taking ownership of the customer journey from start to finish, and ensuring seamless order coordination and delivery.

The Ideal Candidate
  • We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven individual with strong customer service experience and some exposure to a manufacturing environment.
  • You must be committed to delivering high standards of customer service and able to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in customer service or retail sales, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM software.
  • Bonus: knowledge of livestock equipment or the agricultural industry is advantageous.
