Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively owns overall store performance
  • Drives sales, profit, and controls costs to achieve targets
  • Ensures a customer-centric culture for a warm, helpful, and exceptional customer experience
  • Provides inspirational leadership and training to develop the team to deliver outstanding results
  • Leads, coaches, and develops the retail sales team to achieve targets and build a high-performing team
  • Develops and implements strategies to maximize both sales and customer service targets, driving store performance
  • Is a product knowledge expert and lives our values: honesty, integrity, and open communication
  • Adheres to all company policies and procedures
  • Ensures a clean, tidy, and safe work environment, advocating OH&S principles at all times

Required Skills and Qualifications

We're seeking someone with strong retail background, commercial acumen, and passion for customer service. You thrive in a team environment, bring energy and resilience, and are ready to take the next step into retail leadership.

  • 5+ years retail management experience
  • Drive and passion for providing a customer experience second to none
  • Collaborative and approachable style with a reputation for delivering results
  • Demonstrated experience leading and coaching teams
  • Ability to manage budgets, drive KPIs, ensure compliance, interpret/create reporting, and generate efficient and compliant rosters
  • Uncompromised work ethic, commitment to adding value, and willingness to roll up sleeves to get the job done
  • Physically capable of safely performing tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving items of varying sizes
