Key Responsibilities:- Welcome and engage with clients in a professional manner
- Schedule appointments and provide administrative support to clinicians
- Efficiently manage clinic operations, including billing clients correctly
- Prior experience in face-to-face customer service and/or administration
- A passion for delivering an outstanding client experience
- Great communication and active listening skills
- Resilience, self-motivation, and a high level of energy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
