Position Overview:

  • Clinical lead position for senior overnight coverage in the neonatal department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of healthcare professionals in providing high-quality care to neonates.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance in critical situations.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 months of experience as a specialist in paediatric medicine.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
