As an empathetic and passionate individual, you will possess the qualities necessary to inspire trust and lead our care team effectively.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Undertaking clinical, social, and self-care assessments to ensure the highest level of care for our residents.
- Anticipating residents' changing health needs and initiating further assessments or referrals as required.
- Supporting residents and their families by addressing their queries, comments, suggestions, or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines, including:
- Completing accurate and thorough care documentation.
- Identifying and managing clinical risk in the aged care setting.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Clinical experience and ability to manage risk in aged care.
- A sound understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and quality management systems.
- Full Australian working rights and be able to pass a national police clearance.
