We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Support Services Employee.

Job Description:

This role is pivotal in delivering high-quality services that empower residents to live a full life. As a Support Service Employee, your duties will include cleaning, laundry, and kitchen responsibilities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Clean all picture frames and wall ornaments with a damp cloth.
  • Sanitize towel dispensers, light switches, and air-conditioning controls using a disinfectant spray.
  • Dust all lights in the foyer, lounge, activities room, and entrance areas.
  • Clean exhaust hoods in the kitchen to ensure optimal performance.
  • Scrub all wall and floor tiles in bathrooms to maintain hygiene standards.
  • Dust curtain rails throughout the facility, including bathroom areas.
  • Vacuum all carpets, including edges, to maintain a clean and tidy environment.

To succeed in this role, you will need previous experience in a similar position, genuine compassion, commitment, and enthusiasm. You should be able to work well in a team and demonstrate empathy towards the elderly while respecting their needs. Flexibility to work on rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday, is also required.
