We are seeking individuals to join our caregiving team as Home Care Employees. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of elderly individuals in your community, ensuring their independence and comfort.
The life of a Home Care Employee is varied and offers flexible work hours, Monday to Friday, with the ability to work around school hours. You will be responsible for completing domestic tasks within clients' homes, ensuring they receive the care and support needed to live safely and independently.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Access to a fully maintained and insured vehicle
- Physical fitness, including manual handling and standing/sitting for long periods
