Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strong relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a tight-knit team to achieve excellent care outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • A Certificate 3 qualification in Ageing, Individual Support, Care or Disability.
  • Passion for delivering world-class care and commitment to resident-centred care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with others.
  • Strong understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards, and their Outcomes.
