The OpportunityWe are seeking a Part-Time Security Officer to provide exceptional customer service and emergency response to our retail sites in Brisbane CBD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Providing high-level security and customer service duties
- Guarding, patrolling, monitoring, and controlling assigned premises
- Responding to emergencies, alarm events, and calls for assistance
- Assessing and responding to situations of risk
- Access control and incident report writing
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current Security License
- Control Room License (highly regarded)
- A current First Aid certificate
- Impeccable presentation and communication skills
- Flexibility to work rotating rosters and additional relief shifts
