About Human Resources Advice:

Trinity College, a vibrant and diverse community, offers an exciting opportunity for experienced HR Advisors to join their team. As a true generalist role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality advice, support, and consultancy services to managers and employees across the College.

You will have a strong customer focus along with exceptional interpersonal skills, having worked within a culturally diverse community or similar environment. Tertiary qualified in human resources or a relevant discipline, you will be expected to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.

This is a part-time (0.6 fraction), 12-month fixed term contract. You will be remunerated at Band Level 3 - FTE $85,390 plus 10.5% Superannuation and 17.5% leave loading.

The successful applicant must secure, or be in the process of securing, a Working with Children Employee Check approval.
