HR Advisor Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for an HR advisor to play a key role in delivering meaningful initiatives that positively impact our people and culture.

As an HR advisor, you will provide expert guidance and support to managers and employees across all stages of the employee journey. You will also lead and improve onboarding and induction programs to create a positive and consistent employee experience from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert HR advice and support to managers and employees on performance management, employee relations, benefits, and compliance.
  • Lead and improve onboarding and induction programs to create a positive and consistent employee experience.
  • Help shape and communicate clear and accessible HR policies that align with our organizational values.
  • Support safety initiatives and drive continuous improvement in collaboration with our WHS team.
  • Lead and support HR projects that positively impact our people and culture, bringing fresh ideas and creative thinking to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a HR advisory or generalist role.
  • Solid understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
