Client Care Officer

Casual Client Care Officers are key members of our team, responsible for creating a smooth and welcoming experience for families.

This role involves greeting families, managing reception duties, handling bookings and payments, and supporting our clinicians. You will be the first point of contact for families and will be responsible for ensuring they feel comfortable and supported throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming families and ensuring they feel at ease
  • Managing reception duties with professionalism and a friendly smile
  • Handling bookings, payments, and client records with accuracy and efficiency
  • Answering phones, emails, and messages in a timely manner
  • Supporting the clinical team and practice manager with tasks that keep the clinic running smoothly
Requirements:

We are looking for someone who is a people person, approachable, friendly, and professional. The ideal candidate will have administration or reception experience, but this is not essential. More importantly, you should be:

  • A confident communicator, both face-to-face and over the phone
  • Organised and able to keep track of details in a busy environment
  • Reliable and flexible, happy to jump in and help where needed
  • A team player who enjoys being part of a positive and friendly workplace
