Heavy Vehicle Service and Repair Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Heavy Vehicle Service and Repair team as a Heavy Vehicle Service and Repair Specialist. This role involves building pivotal relationships with internal and external clients, engaging with stakeholders, and providing exceptional customer service communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with all stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Utilize strong knowledge of truck and heavy equipment parts, systems, and their applications.
  • Operate proficiently in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Respond to client enquiries via email, telephone, and online platforms.
  • Schedule servicing and repair bookings, create job numbers, allocate and communicate with workshop mechanics.
  • Support stores division for parts interpretation, pricing, availability, ordering, and delivery.
  • Act as the direct point of contact for clients' equipment drop off and collection.
  • Assist in coordinating 3rd party attendances for COI, OEM diagnostics, etc.
  • Liaise with clients for service updates, repairs, and any additional requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with Branch Management, Administration, Procurement, and Mechanical teams.
