We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to fill a pivotal role in our Heavy Vehicle Service and Repair department located in Queensland.

This position will see you building critical relationships with internal and external clients.

You will possess and be able to apply the following skills:
  1. Demonstrated mechanical experience in a customer-facing role with the ability to engage with all stakeholders
  2. Strong knowledge of truck and heavy equipment parts, systems, and their applications
  3. Possess exceptional communication skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service
  4. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  5. Ability to respond to enquiries through email, telephone and online channels
  6. Scheduling of servicing and repair bookings, creation of job numbers, job cards allocation and communication with workshop mechanics
  7. Support for the stores division in parts interpretation, pricing, availability, ordering and delivery
  8. Direct point of contact for clients' equipment drop off and collection
  9. Assistance with coordinating 3rd party attendances for COI, OEM diagnostics, etc
  10. Liaison with clients for service updates, repairs and any additional requirements
  11. Collaboration with the Branch Management, Administration, Procurement and Mechanical teams
  12. Creation of quotations and service reports
  13. Collation of relevant workshop and parts information to complete invoices
  14. Communication with clients for repair approvals and invoice closures
  15. Flexibility to assist in other areas of the facility
