Transformative Nursing Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking an accomplished and visionary nurse leader to drive innovation in nursing education, research, and clinical practice. As Academic Head, you will provide strategic leadership and academic direction for nursing programs, championing excellence in teaching, research, and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and academic direction for nursing programs.
- Drive innovation in curriculum design, teaching, and research.
- Mentor and support academic staff and students.
- Build strong partnerships with healthcare providers, industry, and community organisations.
- Champion outcomes that improve healthcare in regional, rural, and remote communities.
Requirements:
- A postgraduate qualification and current registration as a Nurse (Division 1) and/or Midwife with AHPRA.
- Proven academic leadership in teaching, research, and service.
- A commitment to excellence in nursing education.
- A collaborative mindset and a drive to mentor others and foster innovation.
