Strategic Learning Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to drive educational excellence and innovation across our schools. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in senior learning and teaching roles, with expertise in curriculum development, pedagogy, assessment, and reporting.

The successful applicant will lead strategic initiatives to enhance student outcomes, collaborate with senior leaders to drive professional development, and ensure alignment with national and diocesan priorities. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to energise and empower teams, and positively influence individuals and groups to commit to a course of action.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Possession of degree qualifications in education, with post-graduate qualification in education leadership, curriculum or a similar relevant field preferred.
  • Possession of current registration as a Teacher with the relevant authority.
  • Possession of a strong demonstrated commitment to the objectives, vision, and ethos of Catholic Education.
  • Ability to promote child safety at all times.
