Job Title:

 

  • Training Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Project manage training, events and capacity building activities.
  • Liaise with customers, presenters, venue managers and suppliers to coordinate training and events.
  • Develop communication plans to promote events.
  • Provide customer service and generate new customers for events.
  • Maintain accurate program documentation and resources within information management systems.
Requirements:

 

  • Highly developed organisational skills.
  • Tertiary qualification in Social Sciences, Education, Business or Natural Resources Management.
  • Demonstrated experience in training coordination and event management.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to manage priorities.
  • Skilled in using software applications including Zoom, Survey Monkey, MS Teams, MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
