Drive Business Growth and Expansion

The role of a Business Development Manager for Manufacturing Capacity Solutions involves playing a pivotal part in the commercial success of various solutions across Australia and New Zealand.

  • Develop strategies to drive business growth and expansion in the region.
  • Mentor and lead cross-functional teams to achieve commercial objectives.
  • Engage with customers across multiple biotherapeutic modalities at various stages of business evolution.

You will work closely with internal teams to drive in-depth commercial discussions with customers, build a strong pipeline of opportunities, and ensure collaboration across the commercial organization.

Key Qualifications
  • 10+ years' experience in engineering/biopharma.
  • Proven commercial track record in multiple Bioprocessing modalities.
  • Strong manufacturing and engineering knowledge, including quality and regulatory understanding of Bioprocessing modalities.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of time, within ANZ and internationally.
