About the Role

  • We're seeking a skilled professional with a strong understanding of Cisco software programs, technology, and licensing schemes.
  • Knowledge of other software vendors' solutions is highly regarded.
  • Experience in sales and client success engagements within a commercial service environment is essential.

This role involves interpreting clients' business strategies and objectives to identify opportunities for NTT Data solutions and services.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage software agreement lifecycles, focusing on Cisco.
  • BUILD and nurture internal and external stakeholder relationships.
  • Advise clients throughout the agreement duration to ensure they realize value from their investments.
  • Work to maximize NTT Data's profitability through vendor programmatic funding mechanisms.

Requirements

  • A strong understanding of Cisco software programs, technology, and key licensing schemes.
  • Knowledge and understanding of other software vendors' solutions.
  • Seasoned experience in sales and/or client success engagements within a commercial service offering environment.
  • Experience with and an understanding of agreement lifecycle stages.
  • Demonstrated experience in proactive engagement with clients to support Sales Specialists achieve on-time renewals and maximise growth opportunities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including developing and maintaining solid stakeholder relationships across client organisations.
  • Ability to interpret a client's business strategy and objectives to understand opportunities for NTT Data solutions and services.
  • Knowledge of vendor technology, including core functionality and features, and ability to link this knowledge to NTT Data's service portfolio.
  • Strong consultative and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify growth and expansion opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) coupled with good questioning skills.
