Senior Defence Infrastructure Maintenance Coordinator

The primary objective of this role is to ensure the effective management and maintenance of critical defence infrastructure, encompassing the Space Surveillance Telescope, Very Low Frequency (VLF) Communications Transmitter and C-Band Radar Tracking Radar.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a cross-functional team in managing resources, reporting and budget to optimize maintenance activities.
- Ensure adherence to Quality & EH&S standards in alignment with organizational policies.
- Plan, schedule and manage maintenance requirements and requests in accordance with program priorities.
- Oversee maintenance activities to guarantee completion within predetermined budget, schedule and quality parameters.
- Maintain excellent stakeholder relationships through effective communication.
- Proven experience in maintaining a safe working environment and prioritizing safety as a core value.
- Background in supervising teams comprising diverse trade and technical professions.
- Demonstrated ability to systematically manage maintenance to maximize asset utilization.
- Familiarity with Engineering Change Management processes.
- Relevant diploma in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Electronics or Engineering.
- Leadership & Management diploma or equivalent.
- Practical experience in improving processes to deliver results for customers and teams.
- Eligibility for Negative Vetting Level 1 Security Clearance as required.
