Job Overview

The Organisation is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in supporting the implementation of new policies and procedures, as well as driving change across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance, coaching and advice to people leaders on all aspects of the employee life cycle.
  • Contribute to the implementation of multiple crucial HR projects across the organisation.
  • Support workforce planning activities, including the development of strategic workforce plans.
  • Collaborate with payroll and WHS colleagues to ensure effective management of organisational HR assets.
  • Drive initiatives that focus on building a positive work culture, including organisation-wide change initiatives.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will have a tertiary HR qualification and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar human resources role. You will also have excellent interpersonal skills, an open mind, and the ability to analyse and problem-solve business situations in a pragmatic and time-efficient manner.

You will be able to work as part of a team or independently, completing multiple HR projects. Successful candidates will be self-motivated, with superior written and verbal communication skills capable of demonstrating their influence to drive change in the organisation.
