Key Role: Safety & Risk Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Safety and Risk Coordinator to join our Mobile Speed Cameras team. This is an exciting opportunity to implement new safety improvements, gain experience across multiple sites, and manage relationships with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing, implementing, and monitoring safety programs to minimize risks and enhance workplace safety
  • Conducting audits and investigations to identify areas for improvement
  • Managing risks and fostering a strong safety culture through effective stakeholder engagement and communication
  • Developing and maintaining the Document Control Database to ensure compliance and efficiency
  • Supporting risk management activities, including identification, analysis, and mitigation of potential hazards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in safety and risk management with a strong track record of success
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills to effectively collaborate with diverse groups
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate risks
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals
  • Proactive, flexible, and adaptable approach to work in a fast-paced environment
