Job Title: Risk Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled risk management specialist to join our team.

As a risk management specialist, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their safety and risk management needs.

You will work closely with a team of experienced consultants and engage directly with our clients to provide them with expert guidance and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients in implementing safety and risk management strategies.
  • Conduct risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards and recommend solutions to mitigate risks effectively.
  • Review and analyse clients' safety and risk management policies to ensure they align with best practices and compliance requirements.
  • Utilise data and analytics to provide insights to clients, helping them make informed decisions regarding safety improvements.
  • Stay updated on safety and regulatory standards, ensuring clients remain in compliance and avoid potential penalties.
  • Educate clients about safety best practices and help them develop safety training programs to create a safer work environment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma qualification in a relevant field (e.g., Risk Management, Safety Engineering, Business, or related discipline).
  • At least 1 year of professional working experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Knowledge of safety and risk management is a plus, but not required.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to the changing safety and risk management landscape.
