Job Title: Senior HR Data Analyst

The role of a Senior HR Data Analyst is multifaceted and highly impactful. As part of the People Experience (PX) Insights team, you will play a pivotal role in transforming people-related data into actionable insights that inform strategic workforce decisions and drive operational excellence.

You will lead end-to-end analytics work from capturing business requirements and sourcing complex PX data to analysis, visualization, and storytelling. Your technical expertise will be key in developing scalable data solutions and guiding the business in using data responsibly and effectively.

To succeed in this role, you must possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. You will partner closely with engineering teams to develop a security and integration model for the PX data warehouse and work closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to embed data into decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analytics & Insights Delivery: Collect, analyze, and interpret complex PX data from systems such as Workday or similar HRIS platforms.
  • Partnership & Stakeholder Management: Partner with PX stakeholders to understand strategic goals, then translate these into analytics projects and insights.
  • Storytelling & Visualization: Use storytelling and visualization techniques to present insights in a compelling and accessible way.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for automation, predictive modeling, and data pipelines to scale PX analytics capabilities.
  • Data Governance: Design and implement data pipelines to ensure PX data is timely, accurate, and usable for reporting and modeling.
  • Technical Skills: Apply best practices for querying, cleaning, and combining data from multiple sources (e.g., HRIS, payroll, learning systems, survey tools).
  • Collaboration: Act as a trusted advisor to PX business partners, providing insights that influence policies, program design, and strategic workforce decisions.
