Human Resources Business Leader

We are seeking a dynamic professional to provide leadership and support to our People & Culture team. Key responsibilities include managing escalations, leading the implementation of critical initiatives, and partnering with stakeholders to solve workforce challenges.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead People & Culture initiatives in leadership, performance, talent management, and diversity.
- Provide expert advice on employee relations and employment law matters.
- Manage and lead key projects and organisational transformation.
As a Senior P&C Business Partner, you will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure alignment with both organisational goals and P&C deliverables. You will also be responsible for providing strategic and operational advice to the team.
