Customer Transformation Specialist

\

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team and focus on identifying existing customers using legacy products and migrating them to our new product set.

\

This role will involve collaborating with key stakeholders to develop and measure KPIs for the legacy migration program performance against business objectives and goals.

\

You will work with internal teams to identify existing customers that are fit for purpose for migration to new product set, create a clearly defined project plan and strategy to migrate customers over to new product set, including stakeholder engagement plan.

\

Additionally, you will work with sales teams to engage customers in the migration process.

\Key Responsibilities:\

  • Develop and implement a customer migration strategy.\
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for customer growth.\
  • Create a project plan and strategy to migrate customers to new product set.\
  • Work with sales teams to engage customers in the migration process.\
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and patterns.\
  • Develop and implement processes to improve customer experience.\
  • Measure and report on program performance against business objectives and goals.\
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address these areas.\
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of the customer migration program.\
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and program progress.\
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the customer migration program to meet business objectives.\
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.\
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.\
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.\
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders to drive business results.\
  • Act as a subject matter expert on customer migration programs.\
  • Provide guidance and support to team members as needed.\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer migration.\
