Job Overview

This pivotal role is integral to the success of our strategic base transformation program for a prominent telco. The position involves leading campaign design, execution, and communication across all channels.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns for customer base transformation.
  • Lead and implement customer programs and initiatives across channels.
  • Manage projects effectively, adhering to deadlines and continually strive for improvements in campaign effectiveness.
  • Communicate in-market offers, upcoming propositions, and customer communications across multiple channels: retail, customer support, online, and business partner.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven experience in campaign management and marketing strategy development.
  • Experience in a matrix organisation with ability to adapt and flex with natural rhythm of business planning cycles.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, adept at navigating internal and vendor relationships.
  • Ability to manage complex data sets to build marketing and mandatory communications.
  • Experience leading cross-channel communication initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging and awareness.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and resolving customer migration challenges.
