  • Managing volunteer administration and engagement
  • Supporting the recruitment process as required

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated advanced administrative experience
  • Experience working with/ managing and supporting volunteers and Human Resources, preferably in the cultural or not-for-profit sector
  • Proficiency in MS Office products, survey tools and database management systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Prioritization and coordination skills are essential to engage a diverse volunteer and staff workforce
