About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Volunteer Engagement Manager. In this role, you will play a vital part in leading volunteer recruitment, training, engagement, retention, and evaluation across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain volunteer programs to ensure effective volunteer engagement.
- Ensure volunteers have clear position descriptions and are appropriately trained, supervised, and recognized.
- Evaluate and analyze the volunteer program to identify trends and determine if objectives and outcomes have been met.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong ability to problem-solve and think critically.
