Job Title:

Co-ordinator of Talent Acquisition and Volunteer Engagement

We seek a highly skilled and motivated Co-ordinator to drive talent attraction in Melbourne, recruiting high-calibre volunteers and internal staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure positive and efficient recruitment experiences for new volunteers and internal staff.
  • Develop and implement proactive recruitment strategies with stakeholders.
  • Manage and grow the Virtual Volunteer recruitment team.
  • Align and improve volunteer and staff onboarding processes.
  • Train and coach Volunteer Care Coordinators and communicate with prospective volunteers.
  • Track and report recruitment targets using workforce planning principles.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated hiring success in recruiting for various roles is essential.
  • Experience in hiring new staff and volunteers into Not For Profit organisations is advantageous.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and integrity.
