We are seeking an exceptional Offender Management Specialist to join our team in a pivotal leadership role based in the Grampians Region. This position involves providing authoritative best practice advice on offender management, working closely with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring effective supervision, training, and mentoring of staff.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in case management, risk escalation behaviours, incident management, and quality assurance practices and processes. They will also possess well-developed leadership capabilities and be committed to making a positive impact on people's lives.

This is an ongoing, full-time opportunity that requires strong written communication skills, including preparing comprehensive reports and submissions. The ideal candidate will work across the Grampians Region, with the option to be based in either Ballarat or Horsham, and may be required to travel between these two locations occasionally.
