
Senior Offender Caseworker

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to manage a caseload of offenders on court orders. This role involves conducting risk assessments, preparing case plans, providing interventions, and proactively challenging offending behaviours.
The successful candidate will have exceptional offender engagement and case management skills, including sound interviewing skills and the ability to establish goals and objectives within the supervision process.
This role requires the ability to prepare high-quality reports for internal and external correspondence, particularly for the judiciary.
You will contribute to a strengthened and integrated through-care approach for offenders transitioning from prison onto court orders, through close partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
As an Advanced Case Manager, you will also be responsible for enhancing the court practice streams capacity to provide a high standard of practice, fostering good working relationships and providing guidance, mentoring and support to team members.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
