Production Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Production Operations Manager to lead our teams at the mine in Queensland. As a valued member of the site leadership team, you will build and lead a skilled and productive team that ensures targets are met or exceeded.

The main focus of this role will be on continuous improvement while overseeing all aspects of mine production. Bringing with you experience in working for a principal contractor, you will understand how to negotiate and influence stakeholders to maximise outcomes.

This is a challenging opportunity to make a significant impact on the success of the project. If you have a proven track record in delivering high standards and results across mining projects, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Extensive experience in a similar position specifically in coal mining operations
  • Demonstrated experience in effective workforce leadership and management, particularly within contract mining operations
  • Current Mining Supervisor - G1, G8, G9 & G2
  • Queensland driver licence
  • Senior First Aid certificate (HTLAID003) would be beneficial
